埼玉県新座市にある平林寺の見学会を建築士会県南支部で行いました。
同会の女性委員会の合同主催ということで60名を超える団体での見学でした。
14世紀創建、17世紀に現在の場所に移された禅寺で、境内の雑木林は国指定天然記念物、総門など建物は県の有形文化財となっています。
その修復現場の監督や、住職による説明を聞きながら、一般公開されていない部分も含めて見学させてもらいました。
工事会社は社寺建築を専門とする滋賀の業者で、伝統社寺建築のあれこれを丹念に説明していただき、知らないことや、本で読んでもわからないことなどを聞ける良い機会でした。今の既製品で作られる建物とは違い、全てがオーダーの世界で、当時の技術を知ることや、それを修復すること、そして建物はこの先何百年も使われ、さらに後の修復に対して配慮するなど、伝統建築のあれこれを知ることができました。

I think that everything posted was very logical. But, consider this, suppose you wrote a catchier post title? I mean, I don't want to tell you how to run your blog, however suppose you added something to maybe grab folk's attention? I mean %BLOG_TITLE% is a little vanilla. You ought to peek at Yahoo's home page and watch how they create post headlines to grab viewers to open the links. You might add a video or a related picture or two to get readers excited about what you've written. In my opinion, it would make your posts a little bit more interesting.
